Dr. Bob Shipp joined Baylor University in 2010 as an Academic Advisor after serving 27 years in the United States Air Force. As the Senior Director for Undergraduate Success, he oversees academic actions for Undecided majors and provides leadership and management for Major Exploration and Success Advising. He also manages Baylor's Pre-College Programs, chairs Baylor's Advising Leadership Council, and supports university recruiting and retention efforts.
